You can park directly in the Bois du Bouchet, opposite the entrance.

The Index is open from 11am to 11pm,
every day.

Parking in the Bois du Bouchet is prohibited, as it impedes the smooth flow of emergency services in the event of an intervention.

Cars will therefore be removed.

The concert site offers a choice of 2 recipes prepared by our chef (1 of the 2 vegetarian options).

2 bars are also available (beers, soft drinks, cocktails, etc.)

Earplugs are to be found at the entrance. 

Yes, it’s possible, but you’ll need an empty bottle to get in.

You can fill it up at the water point on the concert site.

Anyone leaving the concert site is considered to have left for good.

Unfortunately, for everyone’s safety, we cannot allow people who have already entered the site to leave.

Concerts will be cancelled in the event of a level 2 thunderstorm, as classified by Météo France.
The concert by Gautier Capuçon and the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie will be cancelled if rain is forecast (as the instruments cannot be subjected to high humidity).

The Chamonix Centre tourist office is an approved ticket reseller.

You can also buy them in the usual outlets (Carrefour, Super U…)

Tickets not used on the night of the concert are unfortunately non-refundable.

Yes, earplugs will be available at the entrance to the site. Remember to ask for them when you scan your ticket.

Parents bringing children under the age of 8 are reminded of the importance of equipping them with specific noise protection helmets, which will not be available at the site entrance.
