As part of our 100% local approach, we are proud to offer you products direct from the producers, to ensure greater respect for the earth, animals and people. In order to consume responsibly what our terroir has to offer, we no longer wish to offer a fixed menu, but rather dishes to suit everyone’s diet, with something new every time you visit.

You will have the pleasure of discovering meats butchered by us, fish from our lakes and rivers, prepared offal and vegetarian dishes using the best products of the moment.

The wine list is also evolving, with more mountain wines from the Val d’Aoste, Valais and Haute Savoie!
